Mercat Tours International has created two battlefield tours whose presentation and content combine to give you a truly memorable experience. Under the sensitive direction of your historian-guide you participate in the unfolding story - puzzling, questioning, reacting, discussing. Your knowledge deepens. Your respect for the soldiers' suffering and sacrifice deepens. And your views on the necessity of war experience turmoil.
The past is our prologue. We ignore our past and its lessons at our cost. The men who lost their lives in World War I and World War II did so for many reasons but were united in their belief that it was for the greater good.
